THE RAFT! ANALOGY
It is a basic floating structure used for crossing body of water. The raft resembles the Minimum Viable Product(MVP); which is a basic product/prototype that enables the entrepreneur to test all their hypothesis and learn fast about their customers and also to fail fast.
